1. Eligibility

To use Magikal Stickers, you must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using magikal.sh, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that:

• You own the rights to the image(s) you upload
• You have consent from all identifiable people in the image
• Your content follows OpenAI's content policy

2. Our Services

Magikal Stickers allows users to generate personalised digital stickers from uploaded images using AI technology. The service includes:

• Uploading an image for processing
• Generating a sticker using OpenAI's API
• Delivering the result via download or optional email

We do not currently offer printed stickers.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the service, you agree to:

• Only upload images you own or have permission to use
• Avoid uploading content that is illegal, explicit, or violates any third-party rights
• Not misuse or interfere with the site or its infrastructure

We reserve the right to refuse or delete any submission at our discretion.

4. Order Processing

All stickers are custom-generated and delivered digitally. Orders are processed shortly after upload and are non-cancellable once generation begins.

5. Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in your local currency (where possible) and may include applicable taxes. Payments are securely processed by Stripe. We do not store payment information.

6. Refunds

Due to the digital and personalised nature of the stickers, all sales are final. Refunds are only provided in case of technical issues or failed generation. If something went wrong, contact us at nils@magikal.sh within 7 days.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any image you upload. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your image and deliver the sticker.

All branding, visuals, and site content are the property of Edgy Thoughts Limited.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Failures or delays caused by third-party services (e.g. OpenAI, Stripe)
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Amounts exceeding what you paid for the service

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the service at any time for violations of these Terms or other inappropriate behavior.

10. Privacy

Use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how your data is collected and handled.

11. Third-Party Services

We use:

• OpenAI to generate sticker images
• Stripe to process payments

By using Magikal Stickers, you also agree to their respective policies.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms. Updates will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use means you accept the new version.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the UK courts.
